Sauvignon Blanc

tasting notes

Aromatics of honey and white rose lead to flavors of stone fruit, especially white nectarine. Some viscosity and balanced acid give this wine a lingering aftertaste of lime zest and graphite. Wilted spinach salad, smoked chicken or turkey salad sandwich, herb chicken, shellfish and kabobs will all pair well.
