Let Kym Davey introduce you to McLaren Vale, one of Australia’s most renowned agricultural growing areas. During the 1990s, Kym and his brother brought their combined expertise in winemaking, farming, and business to continue to develop the estate first farmed by their grandfather in 1957. Kym Davey introduced Andrew Browne to one of the finest family-owned olive oil producers in the area and the Brownes were immediately hooked. The family business spans two generations and pioneered the traditional basket cold-press process used on the olives grown on their family estate. All bonded by their dedication to their family businesses, the three worked together to create Browne+ Premium and Ultra Premium Olive Oil.

The ultra-premium olive oil is produced from select batches of olives from the very first harvest of the season. Intense, freshly-mown grass aroma, but with spicy rocket leaf and minty characteristics. Lighter and sweeter avocado-like flavors on the palate.


Cold Pressed Premium
Extra Virgin Olive Oil — 1L
Made from riper olives picked mid-way through season, the olives produce a sweeter oil which tends to have a milder fruit flavor. This olive oil is ideal for cooking and will not overpower the flavor of food.
