ISSUE #19: Spring 2019

Andrew and I are both committed to fitness and our overall health in general. We are constantly striving to be the best versions of ourselves for the littlest people in our world, and we’ve found that if we’re slacking in our fitness routines, we’re slacking everywhere else. For us, fitness clears our minds, restores our energy, brings us focus, patience and a good night’s sleep (if the toddlers are willing!).

MY PERSONAL FITNESS MANTRA
When I have a tough time pressing play on a video, jumping on the bike or taking the kids out for a walk/run: “Be Grateful That You’re Able.” I repeat this regularly and it resets that mood pretty quickly, knowing so many can’t do what I can! I try so hard to never take it for granted.
