Since I last wrote, Courtney and I welcomed a new addition into the world: our beautiful daughter, ELLIOTT ELIZABETH BROWNE. Born 9:18 p.m. in Bellevue, Washington, on January 28, she weighed a healthy 8 pounds 11 ounces and measured a lanky 21 inches. She’s already taken her first international journey to Australia with us and she is pure joy.
At the winery, I’m thrilled to announce we just rolled into our crisp Browne Family Vineyards 2015 Sauvignon Blanc and have introduced very limited quantities of our tasting room-only 2015 Grenache Rosé! Both of these refreshing wines are ideal for spring and summer enjoyment—especially with shellfish such as Hood Canal Oysters, wild salmon and chef’s salads. Chill, open, serve and repeat!
