2018 Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromatics of leather and toasted oak lead to flavors of black plum, black pepper and chocolate covered cherries. This wine has big tannins but is round and approachable on the finish with notes of toasted oak, anise and black cherry. This is a classic Washington Cabernet Sauvignon that is tannic but fruit forward and will pair perfectly with pulled pork and grilled red meats.
