2017 Riesling Tasting Note

Aromas of peach blossom and orange zest lead to flavors of apricot and key lime pie with a long finish of bright acid and minerality to balance and complement the natural residual sugars. This wine is great on its own but will pair well with vegetable platters, crackers, hard cheese and especially fresh fruits.
