2018 Sauvignon Blanc
Aromatics of lime, lemon grass and stone fruit blossom lead to flavors of green apple, passion fruit and graphite. Balanced acid and low alcohol leave a finish of cut grass and gooseberry flavors. The clean and refreshing finish pairs perfectly with goat cheeses, oysters and mild white fish. This wine is made in Fume Blanc style, fermented in stainless steel and then barrel aged in Neutral American and French oak.
