2018 SPYMASTER HOMECOMING CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Foxy and black pepper aromas lead to flavors of black fruit, toasted oak and anise. This is a full-bodied Cab with big tannins and finished with a sweet balck cherry mixed with dried apple slices and fruit compote. This wine can be enjoyed with big foods: braised lamb shanks, rare steaks with mushroom gravy, wild game sausages and venison backstrap will all pair well.
